Hi! I’m Erica Caiche, a Photo Retouching Director born and raised in Staten Island, NYC. I’ve spent over 20 years bringing visual stories to life across fashion, beauty, editorial, and lifestyle brands. From glossy magazine spreads to massive billboards, I’ve honed a deep love for detail—refining images to feel both flawless and full of personality.
I’ve had the chance to work with some incredible clients, including Harper’s Bazaar, Ralph Lauren, and Adore Me, where I currently lead full-time retouching initiatives. My portfolio spans everything from digital campaigns and luxury lookbooks to high-impact print work. On the freelance side, I’ve collaborated with brands like Jessica Simpson, Moda Operandi, and Martha Stewart Living, and my work has helped shape the visuals of icons like Tyra Banks, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Beyond the pixels, I’m known for bringing warmth, humor, and an easygoing energy to every project. I love collaborating and solving creative puzzles.
